Returns & Shipping
We print all items to order. Therefore, we are NOT able to accept returns except in such cases where there was an error on our part such as the wrong item being shipped to you.
Please be sure to read all item descriptions thoroughly.
We make every effort to process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during the holiday seasons.
For domestic orders (United States), once shipped, you can expect your package in 3 to 5 business days, barring any delays with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
All domestic packages are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail services and a tracking number will be provided.
We do not ship or process orders on holidays.
We are not liable for delays once the USPS has taken receipt of the package as USPS shipping and processing times are out of our control.
If you do not receive your package on the date indicated using the tracking number, please contact your local post office.
Please verify your address is correct when placing your order as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided. If the package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional postage cost to resend the item.
For promotional offers of free shipping, the offer applies to standard shipping services only. All domestic packages that qualify for the promotion will be shipped using the USPS First Class service or a standard service when the standard shipping option is selected. If the priority shipping option is selected, the shipping cost will be at the expense of the customer.
