Once I purchase, how will I receive the files?

Once your order is complete, a download link will be available.  You will also receive an email with a link to the file download.  Once you download the zip file, it can be found in your Downloads folder.  If purchased on www.CopperMoose.com, the link in the email will be valid for 30 days.

Can I sell products I make with these designs?

Personal License - NO

  • If you purchased a product with a Personal License or downloaded a freebie with a Personal License, then you CANNOT sell products using the designs.  You can, however, create an unlimited number of products for personal use.

 

Commercial License – YES

  • If you purchased a commercial license, you are allowed to produce and sell up to 500 tangible (physical) products using the designs.  

  • You cannot sell or distribute the digital files or designs in any way (whether altered or unaltered).

  • You cannot use the files or designs on any print-on-demand or production partner websites including, but not limited to Zazzle, Printify, Printful, and Amazon Merch.  This includes both altered and unaltered versions of the designs.

 

Extended Commercial License – YES

  • With an Extended Commercial License, you are allowed to product and sell an unlimited quantity of tangible (physical) products using the designs.

  • You cannot sell or distribute the digital files in any way (whether altered or unaltered).

  • You cannot use the designs on any print-on-demand or production partner websites including, but not limited to Zazzle, Printify, Printful, and Amazon Merch.  This includes both altered and unaltered versions of the designs

  • Message us directly for more information on the Extended Commercial License.

How do I unzip the files?

On a PC
1.    Right click on file
2.    Click extract all
3.    Select the location you would like to unzipped files to be saved
4.    Click extract
5.    The files are now ready to use

 

On a MAC
•    Double-click to unzip


On an IOS mobile device
•    Unzip the file in the files app with the blue folder icon by clicking on the zip folder
•    OR install and use the izip app for free from the app store

What do I do if the file is not
opening when I click on it?
  • You must first unzip the file before opening it in your program (see instructions above)

  • Once the file is unzipped, open the file from within your program (typically File > Open)

  • If you are still having issues, please confirm that the file type you are selecting is compatible with your software.

What if I cannot find the
SVG file in the zipped folder?

Your computer may have renamed the SVG file as an .html file.  The file is still an SVG and will work the same way.  Select the .html file from within the program.
