........This machine has needle sizes equivalent to 6 to 10 and 1/2. It can knit anything that you can knit on straight needles -- sweaters, afghans, some hats, etc. Socks if you have a pattern for two needles that are not circular, but we haven't tried or seen this yet.

I saw the knitting machine. I got a little info. Would like more. Went to my fiber guild meeting. A member used her handspun with her knitting machine, has some problems at times.
Depends on how you spin your yarn. Crystal hasn't had trouble with hers. If the handspun yarn is fuzzy (like mohair), it will catch up on most any type of knitting machine. You can still use it, but it requires patience and/or going slower. Crystal has made a number of projects really, really fast with this knitting machine.
